While working from a mindfulness-based approach, I incorporate a variety of techniques and interventions that reflect the teachings and disciplines from Eastern and Western Philosophies. I am trained and have experience with relaxation therapy, meditation, guided imagery, focusing technique, and hypnotherapy. Through hypnotherapy, I can assist individuals to "let go" of their defenses and confront their inner struggles while guiding them towards understanding and self-acceptance. I can help individuals gain more control of their lives while creating a safe and trusting environment for individuals to fully express themselves.

I specialize in helping individuals steal their consciousness from their mind in order to restore the mind, body, and spirit connection. I help individuals cope with their self-defeating thoughts in order to bring calmness to their mind. Through concentration and focus, individuals learn to channel their energy into positive forms.

My intuition and sensitivity to emotions has helped shape my empathic understanding of others. I am very gentle with my approach, yet direct when my intuition informs me. I meet my clients wherever they are. I have experience helping individuals awaken their energy blockages through meditation, self-awareness, and energy work.
